~ am very creative & unique and long to embark on new adventures. Since recent major life changes, I am very into staying active & keeping healthy. I enjoy intelligent conversation & twisted humor and know who I am and what I want; I'm not your typical girl

~ have Bachelor of Arts Degree and would like to get a Masters in Creative Writing. If I could afford it, I would love to be a professional student, as I have high interest in Forensic Anthropolgy, Forestry, History, and other fields.

~ love performing in musical theater and karaoke bars

~ enjoy spending long hours in museums, especially art and history

~ happiest in nature; hiking, camping, photography, etc. Autumn and Halloween are the best times of year!

~ Modern Rock, Goth Rock, and Alternative music are my favs (LOVE rock concerts) - I was an online DJ for 6 years.

~ DXed with Bipolar Disorder over 12 years ago & have had treatment, meds and therapy, ever since - also had 12 treatments of ECT Jan-Feb 2007 and lost some short-term memory and most memories from 2007-8.

~ recently had gastric bypass (Jan 3rd, 2012), called Roux En Y, and am excited by my continuing weight loss and improved health (65 lbs as of March 15th, 2012)

~ my babies are my 2 dogs whom I rescued from shelters, Sam and Pumpkin. I have worked in various animal organizations my whole life, most time with House Rabbit Society.
